Get fit or die trying

Just a quick blog before sleep....seen as I should have gone to sleep an hour ago.

I am not feeling great. I keep going dizzy even though I am laid down, thinking it could be a migraine on the way but not sure.

Anyhoo,  I've piled on weight lately and am at 9st 10 lbs super heavy for me. So today I have bought some running shoes and tops. I have a fitbit to track my activities now to get the 15,000 steps in. I aim to start running on a Tuesday,  Thursday and Saturday there I have said it out loud so now must commit.  I really hope I can squeeze exercise into my routine and become a healthier happier me.

Let the fitness begin!
